ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Order Questions
Can I still change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at papershootcameraph@gmail.com or send us a DM on our Instagram @papershootcamera.ph as soon as possible. Cancellation of orders are subject to refund fees. Processed and picked up orders cannot be changed.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page which was sent to your email, which will be updated as soon as your order is sent to you. You can also send us a DM on our Instagram @papershootcamera.ph for immediate response.

Payment Questions

We accept payments Visa / Mastercard, GCash, GrabPay, & Union Bank Deposit / Transfer. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery orders.

Bank Deposit / Transfer
If you prefer to settle your payment through Union Bank, simply choose the Bank Deposit option for your payment during checkout. Details will be shown upon checkout.
   

Please settle within 24hrs to avoid cancellation of orders. Please send us your proof of payment at papershootcameraph@gmail.com with "Order # _ Proof of Payment" as your subject.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship nationwide in the Philippines. For international orders, please visit PaperShoot TW's website.
Delivery Charges
For Metro Manila Deliveries

We have a standard shipping charge for deliveries within Metro Manila. Once items have been picked up by the courier, kindly expect the items within 3-5 working days.

Own Pickup / Courier

You can have your items picked up at our warehouse (Novaliches, Quezon City). Full details will be sent to you when your items are ready for pickup.

For Provincial Deliveries

Our courier for provincial orders is LBC to ensure your items arrive safely. Once items have been picked up, kindly expect the items within 7 - 14 working days.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and to receive your shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Once processed we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped together with your tracking information.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, orders will be processed from Monday – Friday. We are working hard to fulfill all incoming orders while also following all health and safety protocols. Please be patient with us for any delays that this pandemic may cause.

How fast is shipping?

For orders placed within Metro Manila, standard shipments are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines if you're located in Greater Metro Manila or Provincial areas. Please note that we only ship 1x a week for Provincial orders.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We check your items before packing and shipping, but in case a defective/damaged item is sent to you, so sorry about that! Kindly send us a message as soon as possible. Although, we are not liable for any damaged items caused by shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt of proof of purchase.

All returns due to factory defects must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order.

To start a return, you can contact us at papershootcameraph@gmail.com or send us a DM on our Instagram @papershootcamera.ph and provide us with your order #. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. If any corresponding delivery charges will occur, shipping fee must be shouldered by the customer.

Please allow at least 5-10 business days to process your request.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at papershootcameraph@gmail.com or send us a DM @papershootcamera.ph on Instagram and we’ll be sure to get you the item(s) you ordered!

Do you have brick and mortar store?

We are currently operating purely on our website, and e-commerce sites. We are not yet available in stores.
